PVAI Newsletter - December 2019

1.  In the new year first CEP will be held at Surat from 24 th to 26 th January 2020 to be organized by our Branch chairman Valuer Shirish Sharma and Valuer Vimavala. For details and registration contact on 98251 56029 or 98251 24188.

2.  Your President has been invited by Thai Real Estate Business School has organized a course on Fundamentals of the Valuation of Complex Properties from 3 rd February to 5 th February 2020, to speak on Valuation of Hotels. The course fee is USD 650.

3.  The Foundation day of PVAI will be celebrated on 8 th February 2020 at PYC Club, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune , in the morning. This will be followed by a programme by PVAI-VPO at the same venue . This will give 4 credit points to all those who attend this. 

The tentative agenda  of the function will be as under :

10.00 AM to 10.45AM – Inaugural Programme of Foundation Day Celebration

10.45 AM to 11.00  AM – Closing of PVAI programme with vote of thanks.

11.00 AM to 11. 10 AM –  Opening remarks about CEP by VPO.

11.10 AM to 11.30 AM  -  Tea Break

11.30 noon to 01.00 PM - Mr. Advait Kurlekar- Company Valuations and Reporting

01.00 PM to 02.00 PM – Lunch Break

02.00 PM to 03.30 PM - -  Mr. Avinash Joshi, IIT Mech., ICWA- Understanding Balance Sheet & FAR of Company wrt Valuation

03 30 to 03.45 PM -  Tea break

03.45 PM to 04.15 PM - Mr. Sujit Joglekar, Director VPO – Peer Review Report for IBBI

04.15 to 04.45 PM – Mr. Ayyadurai will speak on International Valuation Standards

04.45 PM to 05.15 PM –  Closing ceremony with questions & answers.

The Fees for the function - 

Non Member-  Rs.1500/- + 18 % GST = Rs. 1770.00

PVAI Member-Rs.1000/- + 18 % GST =  Rs. 1180.00
