PVAI’S 6 MONTHS VALUATION COURSE

The Practising Valuers Association (India) is organising 6 months (120 Contact Hours) Valuation course across India as per requirement laid down by Indian Bank Association (IBA). To continue to work for banking valuation shall only be empanelled provided they satisfy the condition of undergoing six months course as applicable by 31.12.2018.

As part of this endeavor, we are happy to announce the course to be conducted at various location across india . This will be conducted in association with to Nagpur University, Rajkot University & Pune University. This course is titled as Certificate of 6 months valuation Course in Immovable / movable & various other categories as per the guidelines of IBA.

CEP is MANDATORY for all PVAI Members & all Participants undergoing 6 Months Courses at THANE, PUNE, AHMEDNAGAR, NASHIK, NAGPUR, AHMEDABAD, RAJKOT & KUTCH.

Course examination certificates are issued during Nagpur CEP to successful candidates.

The New Batches for 6 month valuation course-2018 are staring across India in Cities at Thane, Nagpur, Nashik, Jabalpur, Baroda, Ahemedabad, Bangalore, Jalandar, Jodhpur & Hyderabad.
The Batch can be open in any other city in India provided a group of  minimum 15 eligible valuers shall be registered.
Admissions open from 25th August 2017 on first come first serve basis and classes with start tentatively from 25th September 2017.

The classes will be for total 24days in six month time on every 1st & 3rd Saturday and Sunday. Total only Four full day Lectures will be held during a month from 11am to 5pm.

The Eigibilty Criteria for Admission to this course is Graduate in Engineering, Architecture as prescribed as per wealth tax act 1958.

For PVAI Life Members INR 30,000/-
For Non Members         INR 40,000/- (with Complimentary Associate Membership of PVAI for 10 Years)
