In the recently held Governing Council meeting on 14 th September 2019, appointments of office bearers was done and the new Governing Council will consist of following members for next three years from 2019 to 2022.

Ashok Kelkar as President of Practicing Valuers Association India for the period 2019-2022. Vice Presidents are Sunil Bhor, Nasik, Milind Joshi , Pune, Sujit Joglekar, Hon secretary, Mahesh Mistry, Hon Treasurer,both from Mumbai. Jt. secretary, Digant Shah, Ahmedabad, Jt. Treasurer, Mohanakrishnan, Coimbatore.

Other members include Dr. Venkateswara Rao.M.V.(Venkat), Kedar Chikodi, Mumbai, Rajan Kapile, Nasik and all the promoter members besides above names which include Avinash Pendse (Nagpur) , Kanti Vikamsey,(Mumbai) Anup Mohabansi, Jagdish Gadkari, Mohan Kulkarni (all from Nasik), Milind Sangwikar (Aurangabad), Sanjay Muthe, (Mumbai) and Kunal Vikamsey.

Since then all the members have taken over the new charge and further work is in progress.

The new developments in the Gujarat site Centre is that Shri Bakul Desai has taken over as Chairman of Gujrat Centre since mr Digant Shan has joined as Joint Secretary in new Governing Council. 

PVAI VPO at Coimbatore is organising 50 hours training programme on two weekends viz : 15-11 to 17-11-2019 and 22-11 to 24-11-2019 for L & B and also for P & M . For details contact pvaivpo.cbe@gmail.com or contact Mr. Mohan on 63834 18515.

Shri Avinash Pendse now our IPP has taken over as M.D. of Valuers Professional Organisation and will be representing our VPO in IBBI for all the meetings held at Delhi. Any details about VPO please contact him on 93731 07027.

For any programme to be organised at any place , please contact Vice President Sunil Bhor on 98223 77366.

We note about the fees of state Bank and trying to contact them at Mumbai through our promoter members . However  at each centre efforts be made to contact them locally to raise this issue.

Indore Valuers have stopped working for them and they are feeling a crunch of their. If we follow same if possible something good may come.
