I Sunil D. Bhor, returning Officer as appointed by the Governing Council of Practising Valuers Association India hereby declare election program for term 2022 – 2025 for the following Post

Procedures and Rules

1. Each nomination shall be proposed by one member and seconded by another member of the association. The person whose name is proposed shall give his willingness for the same in writing.

2. No person shall propose or/and second more than one person for the same post

3. No person shall contest for more than one post. In such cases all nominations for such a person shall become invalid.

4. The member proposing, seconding, or contesting for the post shall be a member in good standing. The members shall have paid all dues on or before 31st March 2022.

5. The members who are in good standing shall be eligible to vote at time of election. The members shall have paid all dues on or before 31st March 2022.

6. All nominations shall be submitted to the "Returning Officer" in prescribed time limit and forms received after the due date will be rejected without assigning any reasons.

7. The person contesting for the post may withdraw the nomination proposal. Such withdrawal shall be intimated to the Returning Officer in writing as per election program dates However, any candidate may withdraw the nomination by making an announcement personally during the Election Meeting, prior to holding of Election. In such cases, the Returning officer shall ask the person to give withdrawal in writing and the person shall do the same.
