The Extraordinary General meeting of the Practising Valuers Association (India) will be held on Sunday, 11th February 2018 at 7.00PM at The SSK Solitaire Hotel, Tidke colony near Chandak Circle, Nashik-422002, Ph.02532232850-5, INDIA, to transact the following business:

Item no. 1- To jointly promote Chartered Valuers Association of India [CVAI] as directors by retaining its Founder Director Mr. M. K. Gupta & hence onwards PVAI & CVAI will have Joint Control of CVAI which is already registered under Section 8 of Companies  Act.

Note:-

[a] if meeting could not be held for want of quorum at the time stated here in above the meeting shall be adjourned for half an hour at same place. If at the adjourned meeting also there is no quorum, the member present shall constitute a quorum.

[b] if any member desirous to have clarification regarding account he is requested to record his objection and convey the same in writing to President & Secretary at least 7 days in advance i.e. on or before 1700 hours on 4th February 2018.
