Dear Members,

PVAI is orhganising online CEP in December/January in 4 sessions of 4 hours each jointly under PVAI and PVAI VPO. IBBI has directed that one programme during a year could be a joint programme . It was not possible to have our CEP in the month of August as we have every year because of COVID-19. It may not be possible in near future to have CEP held with physical presence. Thus we have thought of solution as mentioned above.                      

The first session will be held by Mumbai, planned by Mr. Mistry and Kedar, 2nd one by Pune with Nagar, 3 rd one by Nasik, Aurangabad, Nanded and last one by Surat for Gujrat and one more if required by Delhi. Each session will be for 3/4 hours as planned by each Branch.  We have already suggested number of topics with some for Plant and Machinary and Land and Buildings.  Each Branch could select topics from the one suggested or their choice with facultiies planned by them.   

We have decided to plan first session  on 12 th December from 3 Pm to 7 PM     The Registration charges for members of PVAI will be nominal of Rs. 300/- and for PVAI-VPO members to get 4 credit points will be Rs. 500/- + 18 % GST. for this session and every session ahead. PVAI members will make payment online as mentioned in the website and VPO members will make payment to Kotak Mahendra Bank online with their names clearly mentioned along with Bank payment or if not possible by whatsapp message or email with details of Payment with their name. This is with a view to keep record of members .attending CEP. The fees will remain same for each session that will be planned to get 16 credit points for VPO members.

We will be having first session of our CEP jointly with VPO on 12 th December from 3 pm to 7 pm. There will be 3 faculties . To begin with President PVAI will welcome and talk on plight of Valuers presently and present some non standard case studies, Nayana Savla will speak on principles from Mahabharata for effective Management & Governance. Mr. Rajendra Ganatra our Independent Director of VPO will speak on topic for IBBI Valuations.Exact topic will be known from him will be communicated on whatsapp.

PVAI members will make nominal payment of Rs 300/- online in our new Bank account at standard Chartered Bank or In HFC Bank whose details are given below and VPO members to get 4 credit points by making a payment of Rs. 500/- + 90/- as GST in Kotak Mahindra Bank.

This will be an online programme and login ID and password will be sent to those making payment .
