Item no. 1- To Read and confirm the minutes of last Annual General Body Meeting held on 12 th August. 2019, at Hotel Miramar, Devka Beach Road, Devka, Bhimpore, Daman, Daman and Diu 396210.

Item no. 2- Secretary’s Report.

Item no. 3- To Consider & Adopt the Audited Balance sheet, Profit & Loss account for the period ended 31st March 2020.

Item no. 4- Appointment of C.A. and Auditor & Fix their Remuneration.

Item no. 5- To Approve the amendments in PVAI rules & Regulations

Item no. 6- Any other subject with the permission of chair.

Notes

[a] if meeting could not be held for want of quorum at the time stated here in above the meeting shall be adjourned for half an hour at same place. If at the adjourned meeting also there is no quorum, the member present shall constitute a quorum.

[b] if any member desirous to have clarification regarding account he is requested to record his objection and convey the same in writing to President & Secretary at least 7 days in advance i.e. on or before 1700 hours on 20 th March 2021.

The meeting will be followed by Foundation Day Celebration, only by announcement of the award to a Valuer of PVAI to be declared by the President for the year 2020.
