As you may be aware, PVAI has recently submitted a Special Leave Petition (SLP) in the Supreme Court and accordingly the notices has been served to the concerned bank by the supreme court regarding the demand for indemnity bonds by banks from valuers. This issue has significant implications for our profession and the valuation community as a whole.

PVAI has already allocated fund for the case and initial expenses are done. In order to effectively pursue this legal battle and ensure a favorable outcome, we are in need of financial support from our esteemed members.
